So guess what I suck it up and go. I am known for ordering the large...ooopps meant the grande water....but my friend has made me try new things. This location I have tried their hot chocolate substituted regular milk with oak milk, the beyond sausage biscuit and a refresher of some sort. I was hoping this new location would get better but it hasn't and I don't want to end up sick. I also received raw bacon on a sandwich and didn't notice until I bit into it. I immediately spit it out and threw the sandwich away. That was months ago when they first opened so I tried again yesterday. I ordered the egg pesto and mozzarella sandwich and there was that half cooked bacon on the bottom of the sandwich. The crazy part was that the sandwich doesn't even come with bacon!!! Loved this starbucks. Located close to freeway exit, Baristas are super nice, quick hands , cool ambience. Restrooms are maintained well. Definitely going to stop here when driving around this place. I don't think the second shift staff is trained on making drinks. From them you're either getting dead, burnt tasting espresso shots or just not the espresso or milk you asked for in your drink. If I order in the morning, everything is great. Same drinks ordered in the afternoon, wrong color and taste disgusting.
Out of peppermint. Couldn't get a peppermint latte. Service was slow. Place was packed with people waiting and drive through backed up. 17 minutes to get a drink substitute and they got the drink wrong (ended up with a warm latte for my teenager-not a mocha latte).

Fantastic spot for a quick breakfast to kick off the day. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I'm a big fan of Starbucks!

Slowest Starbucks service ever. Simple order(Iced Americano, not busy, no other orders happening, no line, too many baristas.
