I ordered at 10:12am, Thursday one black lady at the drive thru didn?t listen carefully. She scanned right away my App, without listening. Unfortunately we weren?t able to reload my card to earned points. I also want to use my rewards. ????She?s notsmiling too. I always ordered Starbucks to different locations. First time here since the new construction and outside of the interior furnishing and the building facade being of a modern look this location lacks EVERYTHING else from good customer service to cleanliness. I had to ask to have a table wiped down and theyoung lady who did it had an attitude. Then there was the issue of them having a register drawer that was low on change at 5PMin the afternoon. When I asked how that was possible at that time of day the same young lady who wiped down the table exclaimed?because most people use cards?. I LOVE THE WEEKDAY TEAM. Symone is the manager I believe. I decided to come on the weekend, and I?ve never been more turned off than I am currently. I came inside the Starbucks to order a tall coffee Frappuccino. I?ve just been standing here waiting andwatching many other drinks being made ahead of mine. I don?t understand. I?m a patient person but it?s hard when there is noline inside to understand why I?m waiting so long for my beverage. The flow system is strange. I hope someone can figure thisout and make a better weekend set-up.
I frequently choose this location as my work hub because it provides just the right blend of enjoyable distractions—ranging from light chats to business discussions and focused students—that help me to stay productive. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are consistently friendly. They maintain a respectful distance, allowing you to work without interruption, which is a pleasant aspect. All in all, it's a fantastic place.

Been sitting in the drive thru lane for 30 minutes and I am still three cars from the ordering window. This is not my neighborhood but I?m on the road and wanted a quick stop. Ha!! Never coming here again. Do not recommend.
Great coffee. An error was made with my order which they cheerful rectified. Pleasant staff. Very upbeat and professional. Beautiful redesign on the place.
The café is impeccably clean, and the employees are very welcoming.
