Starbucks - Réservation de table

So, typically this location would get 5 stars but today was the exception. The very rude barista working drive through informed us that a side of steamed half and half to go with 2 venti teas would be a charge of .70. The price isn 't the issue, the fact that we order this at every Starbucks we go to and never have a fee is. When we were handed our half and half there was barley anything in the cup. We were then informed we get 1 inch over that is a charge. We had 2 venti teas they didn 't specify if 1 inch is per drink/per size of drink... just overall rude. I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on October 6, 2022, around 1:15 PM. The person at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I simply asked about having milk in my coffee, which is the same order I've been placing for years, but she insisted that I should order a latte and wouldn’t let me place my usual order. I've been a regular customer at this place and have never encountered such rudeness before. She spoke to me as if I was foolish and her attitude was very disrespectful. I won't be returning after this experience.

The staff are so amazing here! My coworkers I mobile order all the time. Despite Starbucks always being busy, they are fast, and the drinks are always perfect. Most recently I spilled my coffee all over my car when I got cut off and they remade it for me! Just the best! ?

hours are very incompatible for this particular location. they never really know when they are open or what days they are open. sometimes a random note on the door or auto thru is what they let know. that must be better. Réservez une table maintenant

Just when you think it can't get any worse. I recently ordered through the drive -thru, in Oak Park. I was unexpectedly met by a vampire/demon at the window. I will say this was not a pleasant surprise.

No idea if the coffee is any good or not, because it closes at 1pm. That's fine. Help can be hard to find, but you should probably update your hours online, at the very least.

The restaurant could use a bit more cleanliness. However, the coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.

Large lobby, great team of workers, excellent craftsmanship. Other Starbucks in the area should take notes
