I used to be a glutton for punishment and would frequent this Starbucks. I would literally order my drink on the app, do 5 loads of laundry, cut the grass, run 10 miles, do all my shopping, THEN drive to this Starbucks, only to have to wait another 30-45 minutes in the drive thru line, behind 100 cars, only to be told they were still working on my drink!...NO LIE.....!!!.. whom ever is the manager at this location needs a 101 course from McDonalds university on how to expedite not only the drive thru line, but also in store ordering.. they literally only work on one drink, before moving on to the next car in the drive thru. I placed an order thru the app for a mocha with extra Carmel drizzle and oat milk. When I got there 10 min later it was ready and she made it on the spot. When I took the lid off to see if she put the Carmel drizzle on top, she said I did put it on top!! But she didn’t even put whip cream on top so I know there was no Carmel. I had to get to work but once I tasted it, I knew there was no Carmel drizzle like I asked and paid for!!!
I ordered a shaken espresso with white mocha, which is suppose to have 4 shots in it and a splash of milk. Literally this taste like milk with a slash of coffee, I use to work at Starbucks and unless the recipe for this drink changed it’s literally no different then an iced white mocha just more expensive ? pretty much why I’ve started going to other places for my coffee now because Every time I get Starbucks my drink is bad
The sales associate did not provide good customer service. She became unfriendly when she returned my money. Then, when she handed me my drink, there was whipped cream spilled on the floor of the cup. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up, and then the salesperson told me to throw the napkins in the trash.

the coffee is always consistent here. but waiting is incredibly long because they are understated. there is no reason that the person who takes orders in the window should make the busy morning brush also eat. it is not the fault of the employee, but the management.
I paid seven dollars for a latte, and they can never seem to get it right. It’s just a regular venti white chocolate mocha, and they always mess it up. Today, they didn’t even add the white mocha. Seriously, it was made with hardly any flavor.
I usually drink cold black coffee, but I discovered that I could substitute milk for milk in a frappuccino. So, this time I decided to try an espresso frappuccino with milk. It was fantastic, and it was still milk-free!
I went to Starbucks in Westland on Warren rd and got this awful looking drinking. Why is it separating and I will never ever go back to this location. Retrain your baristas on how to make a proper beverage.

The staff thought it was really funny that I asked for a large instead of a venti whatever. The staff thinks they work at 5 star gourmet restaurant because they have big European words on their menu
Coffee that tastes like water. Cheap quality and beans. They’re the reason I drive an extra mile to get Tim Horton coffee.
