The store looks clean, operates smoothly, and all the staff members are friendly. Halley was exceptionally helpful. I really appreciated her assistance in showing me the merchandise I could use my rewards stars on and explaining the lighter roast options. She also took the time to ensure my drink was free of any milk allergens. Thanks again for all your help, Halley!
The card reader was off line but Alex was all shoulders and couldn't be bothered to assist. Could've rang me in through the drive-through or main counter POS but apparently it was a little too much to ask for.
I ordered the Southwest Potato wrap and ended up getting the last one. However, when I got home to eat it, I found it to be a completely mangled mess that hardly resembled a wrap. Super disappointing...

I love my Starbucks!!! Drink was awesome. I had a Strawberry Frappuccino it was so good. I love the Vanilla bean frapp with Lavender foam. It's amazing!! My favorite so far.
I don't recommend this place. There's always a line spilling out onto Woodward, making it difficult to even enter the parking lot. I've experienced this multiple times...
I placed a really big order, and when we accidentally dropped a tray of drinks, Halli was incredibly helpful in replacing them for us.
I ordered the traveler's jug of coffee, and the staff was very accommodating. The servers were polite and patient. Réservez une table maintenant
