Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this restaurant. Three baristas were chatting while I waited to place my order. After 2 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave without being able to order. Despite trying to get their attention, they seemed more focused on their conversation. I ended up going to Juice It Up across the street instead. I was in the mood for something cold, so Juice It Up became my choice destination.
This morning, the barista at the restaurant was working by herself. I waited patiently, but she didn't acknowledge me, greet me, or say that she would be with me in a moment. She just continued with her work without saying thank you. I ended up leaving because of the lack of customer service.
I visit this restaurant at least once a week. They've consistently been excellent, friendly, and keep me coming back for more. I honestly have no complaints about the number of times I've been here.
