Very disappointing service on the morning of July 6th at Starbucks. It felt like the staff didn’t really understand coffee culture. When I asked for sugar and cream, they didn’t immediately hand me the sugar, even though I could see it behind the counter. They just gave me a cup of cream and walked away. I had to ask separately for a lid and explain that I was driving. They didn’t bother to confirm my name and just wrote what they thought they heard on my pastry. This is a tourist town with diverse visitors, so the staff should be better trained, not just serving without care.
