Starbucks - Réservation de table

I visited a Starbucks location and found it to be dirty, despite being nearly empty of customers. The tables were left covered in dirty cups from previous customers. Additionally, I was overcharged significantly more than the actual price of my coffees, even though Starbucks is known as one of the most expensive coffee shops in London, England. When I brought this issue to their attention, they insisted that there was no mistake in their pricing. This is not the first time I've experienced this at Starbucks and I should have reported the incident to the police.

The staff were not willing to assist and the atmosphere was unfriendly. The restaurant was loud and messy, even though it was not crowded. The presence of ashtrays on all outdoor tables made it seem like the outdoor seating was only for smokers. I am unsure if smoking is allowed in public places in the UK now. Overall, it was below average. The coffee was decent and the cakes were fresh. I may consider other options before returning.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The cake seemed slightly stale and did not taste freshly made. I declined to have my croissant heated, but as I began to eat it, I realized it would have been better warm. The hot chocolate had a nice flavor, but it could have been hotter. Overall, it was not a very enjoyable meal and I found it to be overpriced for the quality of food.

5 staff behind the counter.ill be with you in a minute.5 minutes later.got served.dont know what the other 4 staff were doing???? The store was quiet so not busy. Tables outside full of empty cups and rubbish Not good On a plus side.3 of the staff were o.k looking and definitely would Réservez une table maintenant

Went to order few drinks for my work. While waiting in line, 15mins later been told. The wait will be 20mins for food and drinks as they cant handle the orders from ubereats or whatever.... if they cant handle it.. then why use it? Or either close store and focus on the app orders??

Visited every day for the last week and every time something not available. Today no skimmed milk at 12pm afrer waiting in que for 20 Mins. No coconut milk too so walked out. Staff attitude cery negative and tbh rude!

Apart from the place being filthy, the staff was so unfriendly and condescending. This isn’t the first time either. Please train your staff on how to deal with customers in a polite way. We will never return

Absolutely filthy in there, not one table to sit at that wasn’t covered in cups and plates, drink stains up the walls and down the bin. Unfriendly staff! Been coming here for years never seen it like this. Réservez une table maintenant

Went here on Monday and the coffee and hot chocolate where nothing special, but what stood out was how dirty the place was, dirty table and chairs .
