I had a disappointing experience at this café. One of the baristas, a short, heavyset woman with long curly hair, was quite rude. I ordered a cold drink, specifically the iced Starbucks blonde caramel latte. Even though I showed the male barista a picture of my order, he asked me about it four times. When my drink finally arrived, it was hot instead of cold. The woman then, rather rudely, told me that I should have specified "iced." I thought that showing the picture would be enough, especially since the name of the drink clearly indicates it should be iced. In my opinion, they should have apologized for the mistake and replaced my drink with the correct one, rather than treating the custome...
This is the second weekend in a row that I've ordered a drink through the app. It estimates a wait time of about 10 to 15 minutes, which I find to be fairly long. Yet, when I arrive, I end up waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When I try to ask the person packaging the orders for an update, she replies in a very brusque manner. It seems like they either need more staff on the weekends or should think about stopping app orders altogether. That way, if there's a line, you know you're just waiting for in-person orders to be completed. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, but the service and atmosphere only a 2.
I liked this location since all the staff are friendly and it seems like they like their job .. kudos to all employees for always greeting your customers with a smile! I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service provided was outstanding for both my family and my child. I would rate it a perfect 10. We ordered takeout and chose a variety of meals. The prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Plus, there was plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot and a free parking garage. Highly recommended!

Oh my goodness! This location is ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS behind on pre-ordered orders. I ordered my Benti latte and egg bites at 7:54 AM, was supposed to be ready by 8:06, but once again, not ready until 8:12. I wont go to this location anymore!!!!!
This is likely the worst Starbucks location I've ever visited. The lines are incredibly long, and the service is extremely slow. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 1.

I went to pick up my order and wait for 30 minutes the customer service is very poor. The staff doesn't have manner to talk .very rude.
