Wow. This experience was terrible. I used to enjoy visiting this place for all my caffeine needs, but that's changed. Some employees consistently display a negative attitude and don't serve quality drinks. While I acknowledge that they recently upgraded the kitchen and it looks fantastic, perhaps next time they could invest in better staff instead of just renovations. When I go to a Starbucks, I expect a quick and efficient service, but at the Harris Teeter Brambleton location, those expectations are consistently let down. It often takes over 30 minutes for them to prepare one drink, even with fewer than five customers in the store. I think mobile orders have negatively impacted this already...
I'm giving this place a one-star rating due to absolutely terrible customer service—don't waste your time here! My friend and I went to the Harris Teeter to grab some Starbucks. We approached the counter, but the employees were too busy chatting to acknowledge us. We waited for a few moments, hoping they'd notice us, but they continued talking for almost an hour, which was incredibly frustrating. Although it isn't a full-service Starbucks, the service is solid, quick, and accurate! The few bakery items they did have in stock were all delicious, as usual. GOODBYE THIS IS A COMICALLY BAD STARBUCKS. i went in trying to be quick before a sports event and get my mom some food and an iced chai and it took 20 minutes and a staff of four. the manager turned the oven off as i was ordering and said they close in an hour and they can't heat up some egg bites? unreal. a literal joke i feel bad for the starbucks logo attached to this mistake of a coffee stand.

Once again terrible service from this harris teeter starbucks! I am first greeted by three staff members ignoring my existence, while I am literally the only customer there. I had to ask if the place was open before being served. They then proceeded to put sweetener in my coffee after asking for it black.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff seemed to ignore both me and my friend, making it the worst Starbucks visit I've ever had. I definitely won't be returning. Thanks for wasting my time.
People don't take orders at the register. They need to limit mobile ordering which they can turn off so they can actually make the orders.
