From one starbuck to the other, the competence and friendliness of the staff make the greatest difference. My first visit here, the service was prompt, drinks were excellent, a special request was immediately met, food was hot and perfectly naked. The dining area was completely clean, so well done for this crew.

I was disappointed that I couldn't order decaf options again. The egg bites are fantastic, as are the other food choices. However, we only drink decaf coffee, and it seems like this option is available for just a day before disappearing again.
