I always enjoy a Starbucks with a drive-thru! This location can get quite busy, and the line can be a bit tricky to navigate because of the shared parking lot. However, the service is consistently excellent, and I appreciate being able to grab my morning and afternoon coffee near my workplace without too much hassle.
I went to Starbucks to place an order, but the door to the dine-in area was closed even though they were supposed to be open. I was planning to spend a lot, but they wouldn't open the door. The staff member behind the counter just walked to the back and didn’t assist me. I will never go there again.
While driving from San Francisco to Sacramento, we were tired and pressed for time. We saw a Starbucks along the route that was listed as open until 7:30 PM. However, when we got there at 7:10 PM, it was already closed. As a result, we wasted time and missed out on getting our coffee.
The exterior has a distinctive and quirky atmosphere. Some of the staff bring a cheerful Starbucks-like energy, while others appear rather unfriendly. DO NOT DO MOBILE ORDERS HERE!! The customer service is horrible! I did a mobile order and they got all my drinks wrong and did not even give me the drink I asked for. When I went to tell them my drink was wrong they refuse to give me the correct drink and ignored me.

I went there to order something and they had the dime in area closed when they were supposed to be open I was going to spend alot of money but they wouldn't open the doord the person behind the counter just waked in to the back won't ever go thereagian
The drive-thru may not be the quickest, but they consistently get your order right, which is a major advantage. The staff at this location is always friendly and welcoming, with smiles all around. Réservez une table maintenant
I wasn't able to pick up my order inside, but this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the app. I had ordered for pickup only to be directed to the drive-thru instead.
