My impression from visiting this Starbucks on many occasions now is that they typically prioritize orders from the drive thru and not mobile orders or orders taken at the cashier. I’ve tried to do place an order a number of different ways over months for trial and error and even though the drive thru line is horrendously long, you end up waiting less time in their drive thru line than you would for a mobile order or an order placed at the cash register. I come to this Starbucks all the time. They’re pretty consistent, they’re always pretty nice and I’ve never had any issues. Today though I was in a rush, and I messed up my order so bad when I ordered ahead online. When I got there I was so embarrassed to explain to the barista what I actually wanted in my drink, contrary to what it said on the mobile order. When I tell you as soon as I got in there Rachel was behind that counter holding it DOWN. She was working as a barista pretty much by herself, drink after drink. And she did it with precision. I usually have great experiences at this location, but today, November 9th, I encountered an issue during my visit to the drive-thru around 6:53 PM. After placing my order, I noticed there was an additional charge of 80 cents on the screen. When I asked the young woman at the window about it, she quickly explained that she didn’t know how to enter a peppermint mocha into the system, so she entered each item separately, which resulted in the extra charge. She didn't offer to remove the charge and just stared at me blankly. I didn't catch her name, but she was a young Indian woman. It seems like this location is charging whatever they want without explanation.
I just had an absolutely terrible experience at this Starbucks. I went inside and ordered a Medicine Ball and a pastry. There were around seven people in line behind me, and I noticed that everyone who had ordered after me was getting their drinks and food, while I was still waiting. I politely inquired about my order, explaining that I had somewhere to be, and they confirmed that it was ready. However, several people who came in after me received their orders, so I asked again. At that point, a woman wearing glasses shouted at me for asking about it.

This place is a nightmare in the mornings and they always take so long to make orders. It took them 25 minutes to make one tall Pike that I had mobile ordered 10 minutes prior, I used to work at Starbucks and they really need to do better at drink timing and getting a more efficient rollout.
UPDATE! I absolutely love this place. I come here every day, and it feels like family. During their renovation period, they were temporarily closed for a few weeks. During that time, I learned from the employees how much they missed seeing their regular customers. That really made my day!
The drive-thru line at this location can get really chaotic and sometimes spills out onto the main road. The staff are friendly, but the location isn't the most convenient. If you're in a hurry and notice a long line, it might be better to head to a different Starbucks nearby.
Love the whole staff, great coffee, great atmosphere, my absolute favorite Starbucks of all time! I've lived all over the US including in the Seattle/Tacoma area and this is still my favorite. The consistency and the friendly staff makes it the best!

Stop making the pumpkin cream cold brew wrong. Please. 3 of the 4 times I’ve been to this location they made it wrong. It’s not supposed to have crème on the bottom just the top. Other locations make it correct.
