Lia was very rude and unprofessional, and clearly needs a refresher on customer service. I ordered online, but other customers received their drinks before mine. I noticed her casually holding my drink for several minutes while chatting with coworkers, and then placing it next to her rather than in the pickup area. When I asked for a refund, she refused, citing store policy despite her poor service, and only offered me a $4 card. I plan to return to speak with the actual manager instead of being served by inexperienced staff.

On October 13, 2022, at 1:10 PM, I ordered a double shot macchiato under the name Hayden. The person who took my order messed it up, insisted it was correct, and wrote down the wrong name. To make matters worse, the person handing out the drinks neither called out the name nor mentioned what the order was. Overall, I found the staff to be quite incompetent. Cheers!
Super nice and friendly staff, I only WISH that there was more parking outside (about a dozen parking spots)!! Ugh... The location is on the corner of a very busy intersection, including the store has a few other business in the same small shopping center; makes parking almost possible!!

Once again, our mobile orders were incorrect. I know it might sound like I'm complaining, but details like light ice or the right number of Matcha scoops are what make a $6 drink worth the price. At least it didn't take 20 minutes this time—only 15!
The baristas here are lovely, but they're incredibly slow! Even when you order through the app, you still have to wait a long time. I believe they could benefit from having at least two more ovens, as there's always an unusually long wait for food.

Efficient ordering from barista. Verified our order by reading our order back to us. Made just the way we ordered our beverages. Parking lot is too small for this popular location.
The only drawback is the limited parking availability. Other than that, the service is outstanding and the drinks are expertly made.
