I often go, at least once, every other day, and I never went to a single rude employee. Even if they seem like they don't have the biggest day, they're still very polite. Well, I went through today's drive thru, and an employee named Kirsten, was friendly, very friendly and very easy to talk about. All this I feel are good reasons to leave a 5-star review. Thank you Kirsten for your excellent customer service.
I ordered a drink and not even 10 minutes after I ordered it, I spilled it over my vehicle and went back. I just mentioned who worked at Starbucks, which I just came through there, and I spilled my drink, so I had to buy another one and they just made it to me and gave it to me for free, it was very unexpected, but very appreciated.
