The service was excellent. My only issue is that the restaurant seems to be understaffed, which slows down drink service for everyone. I often stop by in the afternoons for a frappuccino, and I’ve had to wait over ten minutes for my drink. It’s clear that the staff is working diligently, but they seem overwhelmed with the volume of orders. I really wish these popular establishments would focus more on supporting their employees.
"It's a fantastic spot with great items on the menu. However, during my second visit, I noticed the same person was rearranging the stickers, which throws off the order of the pickups. Every time I arrive to collect my order, it seems that the person who ordered at the counter after me ends up getting their coffee first. It's the same girl on different days—has no one noticed this? I feel sorry for the customers."
Get your **** together. Every time I come to this store, I place my app order in advance and then wait at least ten min in the drive thru and my order still miraculously isn't done in time and I have to pull around and find a spot in this packed parking lot and wait another ten minutes. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering on the app and using a drive thru lane. Disappointed former longtime employee.
As a former employee of this Starbucks location it's very disappointing constantly having to return drinks since they are unable to deliver. Today went and got a drink it tasted like MILK as if they did not pour the entire espresso shot into the drink, went back and ordered the same drink hoping it would be correct and again another disappointment tasted worse than the first one. Hate doing these 1 stars but how do you give me the wrong drink after we both verbally confirm the drink I'm receiving, instead of my mocha I got plain bean water so disappointing also bad on my part for not checking before leaving but I'm not supposed to be worried about that and I also tipped. Drives to work sad with flavorless bean water.
It's actually ridiculous how this is allowed. At this point it's just an expensive cup of ice with some coffee in it. Yes it's an iced drink but I don't think it's fair for the drink to be 90% ice. This Starbucks desperately needs to step their game up.
The location is fantastic, and the drip coffee was excellent. I've been to another location recently, and the coffee there has been pretty watery, which made me stay away for a bit. So, this was a nice surprise!
Store is clean, plenty of parking and the staff are very sweet and respectful! Réservez une table maintenant
