I go to Starbucks once a week for a Frappuccino. It is my little way of starting my week with a sugary treat that makes me happy. The last three weeks I have stopped at this location that is located across from the post office. First week it was a little off. I could not put my finger on it but I did not like it and I poured it out. The second week the drink tasted like blended milk and was not the caramel goodness I wanted. Today, it tasted like water blended with milk and a touch of coffee. Inflation has caused these venti drinks with two shots to cost more than EIGHT DOLLARS! I shudder just thinking about it! This has been my go to Starbucks for a couple years and have typically received good coffee, occasionally receiving weak coffee. Today while I was waiting for our mobile order of two cups of hot black coffee, I watched the barista pour a small amount of cold coffee into two cups and fill them with hot water. Well, those cups turned out to be my order. Apparently they didn't have my blend, Blonde/Green Apron, so instead of asking about a different blend, they just pour some blend of cold coffee and then fill the other, roughly 2/3 of the cup (eyeballing) with hot water. If you're looking for a great place to grab your coffee and enjoy the rest of your day, this is the Starbucks for you! If you visit regularly, the baristas will make an effort to remember you and have your drink ready as soon as you approach the register. They truly understand the value of your time. All the baristas were wearing masks, which didn’t bother me at all. You can see that they are working diligently and show genuine enthusiasm and care in ensuring your order is taken efficiently and accurately, from the register to your hand. One downside is that the parking lot can be a bit cramped, and cars in the drive-thru might obstruct parking. Overall, I give it a solid 4 stars!
As a local, I 've been a customer here for years. However, this has become one of those Starbucks and other places where the tipping culture is so awful that they give you the credit card machine at the drive thru window for you to tip up front, and if you don 't give them a tip, their faces change and they become mean. This is awful! WE ARE BUYING FROM YOUR STORE ALREADY, AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO GIVE YOU A TIP FOR HANDING OVER AN ORDER THROUGH THE WINDOW! Réservez une table maintenant
This is hands down the best Starbucks in the Carmichael area. Their brown sugar shaken espresso is incredible—other locations just can't seem to perfect it! Thank you all for your amazing service! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is consistently excellent every time I visit. It's the only location where I feel confident leaving without tasting my coffee first! Keep up the great work!
They were awesome! I like my [hot] white mocha to be especially sweet! They knew exactly how many pumps to put in when I told them I 'd like it sweet to where most people would say, oh that hurts my teeth. Even topped with the perfect amount of whipped cream. People were friendly. Mocha was made quick, hot and made exactly how I asked; I couldn 't ask for anything more!
It's a Starbucks with a busy drive-thru on a busy road. But I like that you can consistently get what you expect there. The baristas here are friendly and talkative. The indoor atmosphere is pleasant and generally not as busy as they drive through, which is great when you need to pop open your laptop to get some work done or study.
This is my favorite Starbucks because they are always consistent and delicious. I ordered the Green Tea Matcha Frappuccino without simple syrup and extra whipped cream, along with a chocolate chip cookie. It was absolutely heavenly! Perfect! Réservez une table maintenant
