The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor and were quite dirty, and there was no soap available either. The overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. My coffee tasted burnt as well. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about them. However, I wouldn’t return due to the state of the bathrooms and the lack of cleanliness throughout the place—there are plenty of other Starbucks locations to choose from.
I've been here on several occasions and Scott is an asset to this store. He is always smiling and acknowledging customers by their names. I used to work at Starbucks myself 11 years ago and I must that he delivers amazing customer service. I forgot the managers name but he is also friendly and professional too. These two definitely are the best here! Five stars for them!
Went in to buy a gift card. Two people ahead of me, took ten minutes to get to me because only one of five employees in store was working (taking orders, making drinks, heating pastries, calling up customers) while others were just rattling around in back. Just left me with the feeling that they don't care at all about customer service. Not planning to return.
This is a lovely spot, where you'll always be greeted with a warm welcome. Orders are taken promptly and prepared accurately and quickly. It's conveniently located in the Plaza, making parking hassle-free. The food and drinks are great, especially the Starbucks offerings! The food was excellent, but I observed a lot of racism towards foreign customers, which was very disappointing. I saw staff mopping the floors while customers were waiting to be seated, and there were instances where they said it was full even when there were empty tables. It's California in 2024, not the 1950s!
In the area, I found myself trailing behind a woman who insisted I was her daughter. The staff quickly caught on and kept an eye on the entrance. On another note, the drinks were absolutely delightful!
