Starbucks Coffee - Réservation de table

I visited this Starbucks location today and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. A young girl with French braids was at the register, and when I asked if I could use my rewards stars— which is the main reason I choose Starbucks over my local coffee shop— she denied my request. To make matters worse, she provided inaccurate information about the number of stars I had. It's frustrating, especially considering how much I support the company.

I ordered through mobile service and had to wait 25 minutes when the estimated time was 12 minutes. When I asked why my order was taking so long, the worker told me that too many people were ordering. I had other plans in my schedule so I tried to cancel but the worker told me that I had to get back in line to cancel it. The service was absolutely terrible. Food: 4

This Starbucks location is quite good. The drinks were prepared perfectly, and there are plenty of seating options, including a quieter area for those looking to relax. I ordered takeout, and the experience was positive overall. The price per person was reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

I want to give a big shoutout to barista Newie for consistently fulfilling my extravagant drink requests. She is incredibly efficient, whether I'm in the drive-thru or at the café, and her customer service is outstanding. She’s the reason I make the effort to drive all the way to this location! Have had issues where I was double charged and had to dispute the charges 4 times already. Also agree with others as the service is extremely slow.
