I've been consistently having issues with my drinks at this location in the afternoons. Recently, I ordered an extra matcha and oat milk, but instead received a drink made with regular milk and hardly any matcha. The extra cold foam I paid for was also missing. This isn't just a one-time mistake; it's been happening regularly, and I've had to ask for refunds multiple times. This place used to be so good, but things have really changed for the worse lately.
I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte, but they gave me a hot one, and the cup wasn’t even full.
Everything was delicious and the food was served warm. I would rate it a 10/10!
