The service here is terrible. I go through the drive through once a week. It’s my little treat for myself.It’s already at 6 dollar coffee. And the workers make a pretty decent wage. Asking for a tip on a credit card is a pretty bold thing to be doing anyway. Well the same drive through girl gives me the biggest attitude problem after she turns the little key pad. Not going to lie the service here just keeps getting worse. The employees just keep getting ruder. I purchased two drinks, I came in to ask them to shake the drinks more for me. I got an eye roll and nothing else. The other girl was condescending to me when she asked “ You want me to shake them?” responded yes. As the girl who gave me the eye roll and silence starts to chuckle at me. Now mind you I just got two drinks the looked like they straight up where drank out of. I went through the drive through yesterday before work, and ordered a dirty chai iced latte. Got to the window and the girl just handed me a drink after I paid, didn’t go over what it was or verify and ended up giving me some other customers drink! Who ever Emily was that placed a pickup order I hope they were able to fix your order. Very frustrating as this isn’t the first time I’ve ended up with a completely different drink and I couldn’t go back to get the correct order as I was going to be late for work. Please make sure you verify the order you’re giving someone before they pay. Would save a lot of issues and headaches. I was out $8+ for a drink I didn’t order or want.
The service here has gone way down hill since Christmas. The barista this morning was very rude! I sent in a mobile order like I do almost every morning and lately I always have to wait when I get there.
