Me and my boyfriend drove here as a one off to explore the area and decided to nip into Starbucks and get our favourite drink which was a cookies and cream Frappuccino. As we walked in, we were told to wait as the drive through...was very busy and after mins of waiting we eventually got our drinks. They were absolutely disgusting and undrinkable tasted nothing like as they normally would from our local wolstanton Starbucks. They had this horrible gingerbread taste In them and it was half water we tried to give it a chance a drink abit but definitely won’t be coming here again. You can see the cloudy water in the bottom of our drinks in which we paid for!!
sometimes by happy employees, but in the regular not served! I had my goal today to find that I had half a cup that wasn't great. they have forgotten sirupe in our drinks several times and since I am milk-free, I always ask for an alternative. or black coffee, but have put milk in my drink more than once. Although I do the facility frequently because it is a great stop on my trip, the girls there are wonderful and it is always a quick service. only sometimes can be a bit annoying when these things happen!
easy only visited cafe is closed, but driving through is open toilets have no toilet roll or befe or handsanitary when I mention to the girl behind the theke that wore her mask under her kinen she said they are short coworkers. ask what the workers do to wash their hands when they have been in the loo before the food for the journey through us is in the middle of a pandemic and basic hygiene is not adhered to. they should conclude that there is insufficient staff to keep the place clean and sanitary
the morning a tee and a shallow white was arranged. limited tables due to kovid and all free were still to delete from dirty tassen. first I apologised the girl and said she would “press the wrong...button” and then said how could she add an additional ring she added a take-cheese supplement o told her that I after drinking in. my flat white was served, but I had to remind her that I had also ordered a tee. service
