Ordered the fish and chips. The fish was that greasy that the grease oozed out when I cut into the fish. I grabbed a handful of serviettes to dab at the fish which then made it edible. Salad wasn't too fresh as some of the...leaves were mushy and chips were in short supply. Not happy for a meal. The table we were shown to had been damaged in the rain and had a raw edge of swollen chipboard which would easily damage clothing so had to be careful of the knitwear I was wearing. Staff were very pleasant though and of course the location is superb. I am a local and will not return any time soon
I and my wife have visited Starfish many times and been happy with the visit. Sadly not so tonight. We had a reservation and were told it would be upstairs. On arrival we were seated near the door and my wife's seat was literally in...the stairway to access the restaurant. Every time the door opened for people to enter the arctic blast came with them. Also sadly the meals were on the small side. To pay and walk out looking for another meal isn't good. My suggestion is to order the pizzas. Always filling
Our friends joined us for a ‘special’ lunch at Starfish. How disappointed we were! The beer battered fish and chips were over cooked and dry, without flavour. The salad was not fresh and the lemon had a dry skin. The pork belly and prawn salad...was very light on …. With the customer feeling hungry as he left the restaurant. The chicken salad was enjoyed. Drinks were expensive. However the view was lovely and the service acceptable
We were with friends and went to Starfish for lunch. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The menu was quite extensive. Two shared a fabulous pizza while two shared the fish tacos and the fresh seafood tasting plate. My husband and I shared the salt...and pepper squid. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We loved the location with the great views over the waterways. Certainly worth a visit

My wife and I went for dinner, despite the location there isn't anything else that justify their price. Dinner menu is pretty average, I had the Fish of the day, half potatoes, of pumpkin, a soup spoon of spinach cream and very...average grill fish. My wife had the linguini with a tea spoon of burrata and prawns. We wouldn't return for dinner
We had a very nice breakfast here sitting outside with a great view of the water. The waitress was excellent and the food was very good and came promptly
Came here with my girlfriend. We had the Swordfish and fish tacos. Both very enjoyable. Great view and friendly covid safe service. Will return
Enjoyed a late afternoon wine and coffee here. Quiet time of day but fellow diners pizza looked good and location is great for people watching

very too expensive small piece fish with 2 kartoffels $32 still starving. eating was a hot cold dish. personal with not much to do
Great location friendly people and superb food. Highly recommend linguine with prawns. Excellent coffee to boot
