If you're ok with marginally good beer, at best, then slide in for some pours. There's plenty of variety and option. The space is the best thing going for Starr Hill, it's awesome and spacious. There's vast indoor space, a ground level outdoor space and of course the roof top. Even on a cooler 55° January day I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop. Looks like there's some TVs around for sports games. The gal who served me was super nice and helpful. All in all, you come here for a great outdoor venue to hang with friends. The mediocre beer is secondary.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and they always have fun events like Shrek drag bingo. The rooftop has gorgeous plants and flowers, and it's the best place in Scott's Addition for drinks with a view. The lagers are delicious, but the chili lime Gose is a must-try. A big shoutout to Brittany, Anna, and Allie for their excellent service every time.
I have always loved Starr Hill I have been going since the time they have opened. Consistently friendly service, lovely beers (I personally love a wheat beer and theirs are delicious), lively atmosphere, clean establishment with a nice rooftop. As a local, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
They have a great variety of beers (ipa, gose, stouts, lagers) and couple of collaboration with VMFA and UVA. They have great happy hour starting at 7 on Tuesday. And rotating food trucks. They have a great rooftop balcony along with outdoor patio. Original is in Charlottesville VA

Beers are delicious and typically served with a smile. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the space is inviting. Plenty options for any beer drinker. I love that there are spaces inside, outside and the rooftop to enjoy a good brew! Cheers!
The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely awful! The female manager on duty was extremely rude to me and my group of friends. She definitely needs a refresher on how to provide good hospitality and customer service.
Great atmosphere! Plenty of room, seating, and tables. Great beer on tap, and seasonal menu. The bathroom were very clean, which had me very impressed!
One of the better breweries in Scott's Addition. Lots of space, a patio and rooftop. Good chance you can find a place to sit here no matter what.
