Starsky Fine Foods

This is the third time I've purchased a selection of their log square cakes, and each time I've been disappointed. They tend to be stale, and all of the flavors taste quite similar! There's barely any distinction between the chocolate, chocolate hazelnut, coffee, or any of the other varieties. The banana cake with cheese had a slight taste, but it was so sweet that we couldn't finish it. The apple cake was extremely stale and tasted terrible. While their hot food deli is fantastic, I will NEVER purchase any of their sweet bakery items again.

Probably the finest supermarket in Mississauga. Very clean, very well lit, goods are displayed nicely and in a very organized fashion. Quality of foods is of high standard, produce is excellent, I haven't seen better. Their deli and cheese selections are vast, probably the biggest counters in any mkt in the GTA.Yes, their slant is decidedly East European but the variety is superb and delectable. Every visit of mine there is like a discovery of treasures, a kid in a chocolate factory!

I typically really enjoy this store, however, I was very disappointed with a young cashier at the express counter today, who refused to help be despite not being busy. She told me that I because I have more than 12 items, then I had to move to another line. I moved and she watched me wait in line while standing next to me, with nothing to do, with her hands crossed. That’s just bad service!

Best deli and hot food service in the oakville area. By far the best prices on cheese. Excellent fish and butchery. Oddly huge chicken breasts for some inexplicable reason. Green grocery is so so . All the feel of a European shopping trip to Central Europe Poland, Germany with all the favorites.

Love this place. Great Euro grocery.Fresh deli section is huge. Fish, meats, cold cuts, salami, all kinds.Their produce is very good most of the time.Best selection of jarred foods and condiments. Love the mustards, pickles, jams and saurkraut selections.

I absolutely love it! It gets better every year with excellent products. I really hope you expand to the Kitchener-Cambridge area! I also appreciate the discount card that gives me a percentage off my total purchase.

I like this store, it is clean and has a lot of products, there is also food and a department with soap shampoo and various things like these, the staff is nice and friendly

Loved the selection, tons of European deli and food. It's a heaven and it feels like I'm actually in Europe. Fresh produce is great, prices are good too.
