Visited the STAUDE with my grandma. Super nice and warm welcome and a very comfortable room. All traditional Interieur of the old Black Forest house makes it nice and warm. And the room has been very quiet although it was nearly full (on Weekends better phone before).The food was fantastic. Small 'present from the kitchen' beforehand with fresh bread and Schmalz. Lot of choice from traditional dishes and also a three different 3 course menus for about 30-38 € which is very good price. The portions are big and the taste amazing. The chef is on of the best in the region. He specially made for us vegetarian dishes which was not there in the menu.The veg risotto was awesome. The portions were large enough for at least 3 people. The service is prompt.The ambience is typical German - black forest type. The restaurant is neat and clean. Any one looking for veg options should visit here - though very limited options. Ample parking available.Location is on of the most beautiful.Pricing is a bit steep.Will surely come back again.

in this fabulous place, you do not happen by chance. not far from triberg, but still out of town, you reach it through a road that is inerpic in the forest and when you start to doubt the navigator here. the naturalistic position is fabulous, but the best expresses it in the kitchen. typical dishes very well maintained and with the right value for money. Not to be missed.

always, if I am in the black forest, I love to visit small unknown gas houses that are otherwise only visited by locals. it is a small family business where regional dishes are served.6 tables there is only a larger group would possibly have to reserve .we ate rösti, pommes, late zle pork from the region (what super tasty) salat is very good. Great food. We could still enjoy the wild season. ..justices between the 15 and 25 euros but very cared and well served the interior is typical duits and cozy as well as the service is in original clothing, the "dial staff" is very generous for the validity of the parking lot.

After the hike, a place or refresh and regain strength.Featurely cooked a little curious at first the asparagus salad with strawberry and cherry tomatoes. But in the end it's typical. Eau de vie de kirche remarkable!
