I wouldn’t normally turn to Tripadvisor to write a slightly negative review but I couldn’t find the restaurants contact details to email direct so here goes… I firstly want to say that the staff here were very attentive, friendly and righted the wrongs that were done with ease and efficiently but these wrongs shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The restaurant is very chaotic. It is in Leicester Square so I’m sure it’s always busy but it seemed very disorganised. We were a table of 7 and only 3 of us ordered starters. 2 of those came out and then we had to chase the 3rd. To which the waiter said they were preparing it now. But it should have been prepared and come out all at the same...
Great service, server noticed wonky table and fixed it without us having to ask. Given the option of sitting inside or out we chose out and the heaters and blankets meant that the temperature was fine for us to sit outside. Stone cooked steaks such a great experience, both declared the best steaks ever. Ribs were really good, burger was really tasty and the chips were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Puddings didn’t reach the standard of the main courses in our opinion. Apple crumble needed more cinnamon and was a little burnt in places. We’ll definitely be back but probably wouldn’t order puddings
Looked after by Farham with impeccable service manners throughout our visit. Food marvelous the restaurant is a credit to the staff manageress alike. We had table 39 booked for 7pm walked in ,greeted,seated well looked after on my 65th birthday treat. Thank you to Farham the manageress.
The portions from the starter to the main course were small. However, the dessert was a good size. The quality of the chips was poor. The restaurant is centrally located, but the prices are inflated.

We were so impressed with the staff, service, and food during our second visit to this restaurant that we had to return. A special shout out to our waitress Ilenia, who took great care of us.
We visited this restaurant for the first time and we will definitely be returning! The steak was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly.
Good food, Great service and quick time of waiting for food. Near to a lot of popular atractions. Lunch menu is cheap and tasty.
Terrible value for money. Burger is £20 it’s cooked from frozen and no lettuce tomato onion etc in it. Chips are an extra £5!!!

Great spot with outdoor seating. We have a lovely time. Manager Piero was amazing. We really enjoyed our time here.
