We ordered a super special salad which at first we thought was crazy. The salad had a bit of whipped cream but not sweet and hidden dijon mustard underneath. The combination seemed very strange to us but I tell you that it is a spectacularly good combination, do not hesitate to try it. I highly recommend it!!! congratulations chef!!!
