Girls in the drive-thru are the sweetest. They apologized multiple times for my order coming out so slow, but it only took six minutes. Bambi was especially sweet and held a conversation with me while we waited for my meal. It felt more like a friend gathering than a complete stranger in the window. The store has radiantly friendly staff that tend to not only be professional, but are very friendly to the guests. They are often slow, but I’ve noticed how their staffing has gone up and down over the past few weeks. This Steak ‘N Shake is getting much better!
