Steak N Shake - Réserver une table

My recent visit to Steak and Shake left me feeling quite disappointed. Gone are the days of waitresses and traditional counter service - now customers order their food from a kiosk and serve themselves. The nostalgic feeling of being served at a diner has disappeared, with no paper placemats, caddies of sauces, or interactions with employees. While the food was still good, this new self-service approach is disheartening. It seems like a cost-saving measure at the expense of jobs and customer experience. Do we really need everything to be self-service in this day and age? It's sad to see such changes in a once beloved restaurant.

I was disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. My order was incorrect and I had to remind the staff that I had paid for a drink. The quality of the food was not up to par with my previous visits. Unfortunately, this will be my last time dining here. On a previous visit, a young man was standing near the pay/order window burping repeatedly which was off-putting. When I asked to speak to a manager, the girl responded by saying that she could be the manager.

I ordered a hot dog combo from DoorDash and the hot dog was inedible. It was completely burnt and black. Additionally, when I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, they kept answering and then hanging up immediately. I would not recommend this place.

Walked in only had kiask for order. Tryed three of the four none worked and an employee on break told me the fourth one might work. Nope left because they obviously don't need my business. One cook one drive through window person. Steak and Shake off mylist.

It was okay, haven?t been there for many years. A lot changes no waitress. You order from Kiosk. It?s almost like McDonald?s. They hand in your food and have a seat. I wish they had that taco salad
