Steak 'n Shake - Réserver une table

"Goodbye old friend "I remember the days long gone when you could get a good burger and a shake along with a friendly smile... not any more food is not even close to pre pandemic, tables are dirty, no waitress, takes forever to get your food, over full trash cans, dirty bathrooms, no paper towels, no napkins, just drive an extra mile to McDonald 's... and i don 't even like McDonald 's

Pitifully slow. Waited at ordering machine for 5 minutes after the machine response. Cars lined up behind me. Waited another 5 minutes at the window before I was acknowledged and got to pay for my order. 5 more minutes waiting for food to come out. These are obviously the lowest paid workers in the zip code. Car smells like the ingredient I told them I didn’t want.

just now was the guy who commanded the ride thru was terrible. with his mask, he wouldn't talk loud enough to hear him. So he had a good evaluation, he didn't let that cars wait in the window for eating. also after pulling before loading and waiting came out both hamburger cold. Why did we have to wait for cold food?

I took the crew there for lunch because they had never been to a Steak 'n Shake. Was sad to see the cashier 's and wait staff were replaced with a touchscreen. But I 've got to say the burgers were just awesome! Fresh and delicious so AAA+ to the Cook.

it takes 35 minutes in a car thru to get 2 burgers. you better go to the davies.
