Chris and the team at the Cartersville location are fantastic. They are quick, attentive, and consistently get our orders right. The cheeseburgers here are excellent. We’ve known Chris from another Steak N Shake, where she was a vital part of the team, and she’s just as wonderful here. Our go-to order is the #7, a double cheeseburger loaded with all the toppings and condiments, plenty of grilled onions, and no salt on the patties, along with fries and extra free fries. This is the only place we can find burgers and fries without salt, making them sodium-free. We also love the Frank Chili Dog with all the toppings, plus grilled onions, and we bring our own coleslaw. My grandchildren and I always enjoy visiting the Steak 'n Shake in Cartersville, Georgia. In fact, we like to stop by Steak 'n Shake whenever we travel. Yesterday, we had a fantastic experience. Our server, Tiffany, was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. The food was cooked to perfection, and the shakes were delicious. I really appreciate that Steak 'n Shake provides affordable meals without sacrificing quality. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious!
I go here just about every saturday and sunday seems like.. the $4 meals cant be beat.. get that #7 and you'll see what i'm tombout. food is always fresh and the lettuce and tomatoes always fresh.. ion like that soggy stuff.. now if they had mcdonalds fries they'll be at the top.. the staff is friendly and the customer service is good!! some times they get busy on the weekend during peak times, but it's worth the wait!!
I've dined at this restaurant several times, and I've never had any issues. My orders always arrive promptly. As a former waitress, I understand that a small wait is perfectly acceptable, so I won’t complain about that. My friend and I were there last night, and we had an excellent waiter who was very kind and kept apologizing for something that didn't even bother us. I definitely plan to return soon!

We had a fantastic dinner tonight! The service was excellent, and the owners were incredibly accommodating for our large party celebrating a birthday. Our waitress was outstanding—she made the experience even better. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday celebration so special!
While the food was good, tasty, it was a little overly seasoned. I have the seasoning with the garlic. And the person who took my payment did not offer me a receipt I had to ask for it and it wasn't a credit card receipt it was the order receipt. Will I go back? Yes.
Super impressed they got all burgers we ordered correct! We have quite a few picky people so our orders are complicated at times. Thank yall!!
I consistently enjoy great food and service at Steak 'n Shake. It’s my go-to spot for chicken fingers and Cherry Coke Zero.
