Seriously the best cheesecake ever! It was so fresh and not too sweet with lots of fruit. We loved cherry cake, blueberry and apricot cheese cake in summer. The fruits were of course so fresh. NY cheesecake blows in comparison. I cannot really enjoy cheesecake anywhere else because of this amazing experience!

I accidentally saw a stand on the Mosbacher Wochenmartkt. Thank you. Delicious deals. Everything very fruity, delicious, not too sweet. A dream. At the next visit to Freiburg there is a trip to Ebring. Promise. Nice, friendly staff that is advised and not intrusive.

Indescribably delicious... especially cooled; we discovered him yesterday in NÜRNBERG! in the “Mohn” version. Now for breakfast: so fresh.... All thumbs high for this bakery

Best cheese cake, indescribable creamy and very, very tasty. I bought the villages with poppy and mandarins at the stand at Münsterplatz in Freiburg.
