I've known the place for a few years and have been there several times. So far I haven't noticed anything bad, apart from maybe a bit of a long wait to pay. The day before yesterday was almost certainly the last time I was there for a long time. I came for ice and I was happy with my choice! Even if there are special ice cups to choose, there are also options for smaller ice portions. I chose a plum ice cream I had never seen before. It was delicious and so refreshing that I regretted asking for a one-scoop cup. Service is also good and fast and waitress was friendly/political, despite how busy the place was.
