CROSS-CONTAMINATION STATION!Today on July 20 I visited for brunch, only to be disappointed and utterly disgusted by my experience. Let me preface first by saying this is not my first time stopping here for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Western Omelet, after waiting 35 minutes, my order came out completely wrong. The peppers, onions, and ham were all served without being cut/chopped up! Basically a sandwich wrapped in egg. I kept quiet and observed the situation unfold. After about 20 more minutes, I was informed they couldn’t prepare my order in time and were going to refund me, offering no other options.
I inquired about the poor service compared to previous visits, and the waitress explained that there had been some drama that caused the main chef to quit, which clarified the problems with my order. We enjoyed a rich, fresh coffee with our breakfast—a bottomless cup that was wonderfully flavorful and never watered down. This establishment is struggling significantly. As a former employee who worked daily from 7 AM to 2 PM, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I felt overwhelmed and had to manage everything on my own with minimal training. I was falsely accused of stealing because the owner was not keeping track of her own withdrawals from the register. Additionally, I am still owed money that I have yet to receive. The owner has even threatened my mother, and yet she continues to operate this business. I would not recommend coming here if you're looking for a peaceful place to dine and enjoy your meal. I have witnessed customers being yelled at and have seen how poorly both employees and patrons...

I was wrongfully accused of theft because the owner wasn’t keeping track of her own withdrawals from the register. I am also still owed money that I have not received. The owner has even threatened my mother, and yet she continues to run this business. I cannot recommend this place if you're looking for a calm environment to dine and enjoy your meal. Customers have been yelled at, and I have witnessed firsthand the poor treatment of both employees and patrons.
I visited on July 9th and was disappointed with my experience. My eggs were cooked incorrectly, and the waitress seemed overwhelmed, rushing from table to table while the cook often yelled at her from the kitchen. I had hoped to discover a cozy, family-owned hidden gem, but it fell short of my expectations. Additionally, the prices felt high for the quality of food served. From my table, I could see the kitchen and grill area, and I noticed that none of the cooks were wearing gloves. I will definitely not be returning.
The girl who answered the phone didn?t get the order right. She repeated it to me like 8x?s. After all that repeating they still didn?t get the order right when I picked it up. They was all lost looking for the tab?It doesn?t require a high school diploma for active listening. Never order from here again! Wasted my money.
don't even waste your time with this place. they're never open and never answer the phone. apparently there's only one person who works here judging by the response to this review. and i can see why everyone is saying the owner is rude. didn't even bother to put up a sign. obviously you can see i'm not the only bad review
