Mixed Review. My roommate loved his chicken w/salad. He said the Greek Dressing was amazing! The Falafel I ordered was crazy good, the pita bread and the tahini dressing was good. :D The negatives from him is that they don't have Feta fries, though they do sell Feta and Olives as a side and he could have brought that home and then microwaved Feta on to the fries, I tried some fries and they were very tasty. I ordered the lentil rice.... which was... different.... Never had Lentils so maybe that is how they taste, I could not order the regular rice as it's made with chicken broth (and maybe butter, I do not remember) I will try the rice again in a bit, maybe mixed in with some Tahini I have here in the house and then maybe I will update... I do not know. Roommate says it's up to me if we return--I say Yes, we will return. The falafel is so good! Ps, they offered us a water while we waited and I thought that was nice. The restaurant was busy so it must be popular! Service was excellent. UPDATE: THAT WORKED. DELICIOUS.
Not only good but great food! No one cares how service is here because the food makes you feel very happy! Even though their customer service is beyond wonderful! Very sweet employees and very polite and truly cares and are worried that we might get upset, they treated us with respect and made our orders very fast, my husband ordered food while I was ordering sandwiches from Subway for my kiddos, The Israeli salad was so delicious, as an Israeli woman myself I can tell that stephano's has best food that is fresh, ckean, and delicious! My husband is America and won't understand hiw the food is as we do. one of the ladies was absolutely great my husband said she was awesome, he forgot to ask her for the name but she was tall with dark hair, he said she had a good service. Looks like we won't order food from subway anymore and go straight to stephanos!
Not my first experience with Stephano's Greek Mediterranean Grill, but certainly the most impressive! Each experience here has been great, but today I ordered $200 of take out an hour in advance. The fries, which btw are the best around, were ordered slightly crispier than usual...and they were perfect! The steak kabobs were ordered medium rare-medium...and they were perfect! The spinach pies were fried light and crisp...to perfection! The rice was as moist as if I were sitting in the restaurant eating it immediately! The salad was as fresh and crisp as the moment it was made! All of the hummus, sauces, and accompaniments were in the order as if I had went through it myself! This speaks volumes when ordering a large takeout order and you arrive at home and everything ordered is not only there, but done to perfection!
Solid Mediterranean food. My partner and I ordered the Plate with Chicken Shawerma Gyro and a Greek Salad with Kofta. All the meats were fairly well seasoned; the kofta was super juicy. The hummus was very smooth. The salad greens were crunchy and went really well with the traditional dressing. You can tell right away that this restaurant uses really good ingredients. The meal was especially refreshing after a nice of going out and wanting something healthy. I thought that the only point of improvements was that the texture of the meats could have been more tender. Would definitely come back here when we next visit Henderson!
