Sterling Pig Public House West Chester

Fun. Many groups. Large beer selection. BBQ and Burger seemed to be ordered favorite menus. Ribs were tender and smokey very tasty. Brisket was fine. Four homemade sauces have really overped the taste. Potatoes with mash were cold, like refrigerator cold. Cornbread was incredible and damp. I love the Koleslawin. Service was friendly and very fast. Noise level on a Friday night, especially when the guitarist started singing, you had to hear loud.

First visit during restaurant week. Restaurant menu was limited but we were able to find choices for each of use. Several choices had large portions: salad, brisket pot pie. Nacho platter was very unevenly distributed but tasty. Brisket pot pie was bland. Chicken sandwich was messy but tasty. Limited of customers resulted in an acceptable low noise level on Sunday evening. Location is on the edge of West Chester’s dining area.

Excellent. The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable. And the service was friendly. We will definitely return.

If you have never been to this located YOU NEED TO GO!!! I went wide in one weekend.

Always great food and service . Barbecue is a must with a few local beers
