I 've been dying to come here but my fiancé isn 't huge on crazy hot dogs, so a night at urgent care was the perfect time for me to convince him into this treat. First, drinks. I 'll be real here, I was injured and my injury lead into a morphine shot, so I wasn 't fully myself, BUT the child tasted like heaven from what I thought. And it didn 't even have liquor in it. Could I buy a gallon of this stuff? Or at least get a recipe? We got the hot dog sampler which like what probably a bad idea, but freaking worth it. I loved every single one I tried. The atmosphere and the scenery of this pace was quite awesome. I love the old-fashion diner aesthetic and the art was truly amazing. Despite the atmosphere being great, it did not match the quality of the food. The presentation of the hot dog did make it look appetizing. I ordered the chili dog with vegan chili, and the bun was not toasted like I thought it would be and it was chewy. The hot dog itself tasted old and it was pretty tough. I was hoping that this place would be good, maybe better luck for someone else.
If you're visiting from out of town, this place is the lunch destination for you. Lots of options (including a meatless dog for your vegetarian friends) with generous portions and delicious variations. Often does collaborations with other restaurants around town to make unique dogs, so it's great for repeat visits.
Order: Bacon Cheeseburger hot dog and basket of fries can orange soda rootbear Pros: First, let me say I appreciate the inclusiveness of the store. The person who brought out our food was phenomenal. The fries were hot and the dogs were damn good. Cons: bread was slightly chewy yet soft. So not a big deal

I had a chili cheese dog at the Shakespeare Festival in Forest Park, and it was truly one of the worst hot dogs I've ever tasted. I paid eight dollars for it, but it was a complete disappointment. After taking just three bites, I ended up throwing it away because the flavor was absolutely terrible.
The hot dogs and burgers here are excellent. They are generous with their toppings as well. I tried the mac and cheese burger and the mac and cheese hot dog, and the burger was seasoned just right. Everything was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed. The food was delicious and served quickly. I ordered the Chicago dog, which was generously loaded and incredibly flavorful.
The food, drinks and atmosphere at Steve’s are awesome. It is fantastic and gun every time. You must try every hot dog and the different varieties of French fries.

Fantastic service and great dogs. We had Hawaiian 5.0 dog and vegan dog with veg. Chili cheese fries. Delish for a Texan!
