I have never been so disappointed in breakfast before. This has got to be one of the worst bagel places I have ever eating at. The name is big time bagel used to be Strathmore bagel (take the drive to Strathmore so worth it i shouldn't have strayed away. Sign says bigger, tastier, and better but yet have the world's smallest full size bagel i have ever seen. Bagel was prettytasteless if it wasnt for the eggs and bacon on it.. Their home fries are cold and so old that they are hard burnt and you don'tget cubed chunks of potatoes you get crumbles of pieces. For the price of over 12 dollars for what I was served I would notrecommend eating here enless its was a last resort. I would have went to ihop or drove to another bagel store
????????????????????????Ordered a b.e.c with cooked onions on a slightly toasted everything bagel.. I dont understand from a cooks or owner point of view to actually let garbage leave the kitchen and serve to a customer like o maybe they won't notice orit be to late before they do... I will not return and I will not recommend this place.. they didn't even try... my bagel wasBURNT AND ONIONS STRINGY AND UN EDIBLE. TOSSED SANDWICH AWAY WAS TO FAR TO GO BACK.
The new management and new name has ruined this bagel store. I have been coming to strathmore since high school, ever since it became big time bagels, you get less, don?t even get a drink with a sandwich, prices went way up, service is awful, the last 3times my order was wrong. Time to find a new bagel place. Everyone I talk to agrees as well. Way to ruin one of the best bagelplaces in the area.
First and last time I?d ever come here. What happened to being greeted properly and when asking a question getting a response instead of silence or an mumbled attitude answer? For $8 on 2 bagels the guy didn?t even add napkins in the bag and as for thebagels, they were stale and the cream cheese wasn?t fresh to me, scallion cream cheese had no flavor to it what?s so ever, veryupsetting.
