Our server was fantastic! She greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and informed us about the happy hour drinks and appetizers. When we inquired about the drinks, she provided thorough explanations. Just two days prior, it had been her birthday, and she was still beaming with joy! She made sure to check on everyone in the room as soon as we entered the restaurant. Extremely professional and friendly, she offered suggestions for side dishes and desserts, and was very approachable. Our reservations were made online weeks in advance. A hostess called day before to confirm the reservation and to assure we could climb stairs. Once we arrived (645pm) the waiting area was empty. There was 5 hostess reviewing our reservations for approximately 10 mins until we were seated. It was just awkward to be standing there. The restaurant has a fancy barn appeal. The table tho feels weird and sticky with a vinyl type top. Server was nice in general but he first forgot our salads then when we ask for S P we never got it. I rarely write Google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. My best friend and I have a strong fondness for lobster tail, and we were hoping this place would meet our expectations. My friend ordered the seafood special, while I chose the salmon entree and added a 10oz lobster tail. I’m happy to say they did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We didn’t have a reservation and were offered seats at the bar, which is usually not our preference. However, we decided to sit at the bar, and we were so glad we did. Anniversary Dinner on July 18th. Third time at the restaurant. Our Server Lauren was fantastic. VERY Disappointed in my Steak. I ordered the 12 oz Filet and it was WAY over cooked. They decided to Butterfly the filet to cook it faster and it was not good at all. i did not eat most of it. My wife's 6oz Filet was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were very good. Manager said it would take too long to cook another steak and decided he would knock 19.00 off my bill. I ordered a 57.00 Filet and expected it to be cooked properly. Better than Marble Room Steakhouse! Everything from the door being opened every time I came in and out (I’m a smoker) to the delicious food, amazing! Not as fancy real estate as marble room but I prefer the rustic feel of the barn. Service was top notch and the manager even came to our table to ask how we enjoyed our time there. They even had an Anniversary card for my husband and I and gave it to us as we were seated.
Went for birthday dinner. Had reservation for a couple of weeks. We were shoved in a table in a corner against a wall. Waitress was loud. Filet overcooked and dry, although seafood was excellent. Did not clear table, did not check to see if we needed anything, except if we wanted a box to put food in and I guess that was our clue it was time for us to leave. Very disappointed.
