When the reviews said service and food were bad I should have listened. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 5 pm (clue) and it still took forever to get waited on. The Berry mule was good but there were no beers on tap as the cooler was broken. The crispy Brussels sprouts were soggy and overdone; my skirt steak tacos were in cubes, drowned in BBQ sauce and no cheese; the blackened shrimp tacos didn't have the aioli sauce. My husband asked if he could substitute Mac and cheese for the fries and he was told yes but charged $4 and it was cold and watery. My fries came late but were the best thing about the meal. We went to Strong Waters on a recommendation by a friend. The first night (Thursday we went I had the beef tenderloin and my husband had the bacon mushroom swiss burger. Everything was delicious!!! I also had a lavender field cocktail and it was amazing! I love lavender and it was perfect. Avoid when possible? For anything other than a drink (not including breakfast as I haven?t tried that from them) I went my 1st night at the beach this week and after some good yelp reviews I was very excited to try this place. Came away extremely disappointed? My order Smoked Gouda Mac (2/10) this Mac came in a cast iron pan but was clearly made then put in the pan to serve. This was extremely liquid and thin. Great atmosphere, professional servers, wonderful food. Chefs really care about the food. They are creating new menu items weekly, excited to see what will be next! I ordered the pork belly mac and cheese and the BBQ ribs short stack. Both had amazing flavor and were incredibly tender. The bread pudding is my favorite dessert in Myrtle.

We had an amazing night at Strong Waters. Bartenders were amazing (especially Kelli)! The drinks were well crafted and the truffle fries were a delicious app. We will definitely be coming again for the cocktails and laidback atmosphere. It stands out as a destination in Myrtle Beach!
The ribeye we ordered medium rare was way over cooked and the Brussel sprouts were mushy. The place was empty at 6pm which should have been a clue. The shrimp tacos we had as an appetizer were delicious but the pricey entree was disappointing.
Small intimate restaurant. Food was fine but nothing special. The sliders burger were okay but kinda dry. Our server was great and attentive. The dessert however was delicious! We had the apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
Great Restaurant but parking situation is awful if you are not within walking distance.
