I’ve been a fan of Alexis Gauthier’s restaurants for years, so I had very high expectations coming into Studio Gauthier, Alexia absolutely did not disappoint. The vegan sushi was honestly incredible, you can’t even tell its vegan. Every bite tasted so fresh, refined and full of flavour, with amazing attention to detail in both texture and presentation. You can really tell how much thought and creativity goes into the menu. It’s rare to find vegan sushi done at this level, and it was worth every single penny. One of the best restaurants I’ve visited in a long time. Studio Gauthier completely exceeded expectations. The quality of the food was exceptional and every plate looked like a piece of art. Massive compliments to Head Chef Alexia for such a creative and impressive menu. Semi provided brilliant service all night — friendly, attentive and clearly passionate about the restaurant. He gave great recommendations and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The whole team created such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just an unforgettable meal.
Had such an amazing evening with my husband at Studio Gauthier. The food was honestly outstanding — fresh, inventive and packed with flavour. The tasting menu was beautifully curated and Head Chef Alexia deserves huge praise for creating such a memorable experience. Chloe looked after our table and she was fantastic. Warm, professional and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. She explained the dishes perfectly and made the whole evening feel really special. The ambience, service and food were all 10/10. Can’t wait to come back again.
My partner and I fell in love with our dining experience at Gauthier Soho a few years ago and were delighted to find the time to visit the Studio too. The summer tasting menu was really interesting and inventive but still felt very on-brand for Gauthier's style. I would definitely recommend this for people who love the compliment of rich and tangy flavours together. Our favourite had to be the brioche with whipped miso butter.

I absolutely love studio Gauthier. My partner and I visit them very often to enjoy the amazing testing menu, and we’ve never been disappointed. We have visited with several friends, vegans, vegetarians and omnivores, and they loved the experience too. And the team and chef Alexia are always lovely.
Never heard of this place before but had a fab time with really excellent food. All the staff were good but chloe was particularly brilliant. It is quite expensive but the food was really tasty and the portions were large.
Wow wow wow. We attended the Julius Fiedler tasting menu event on my birthday. It was amazing, every dish outstanding, fantastic service Rubbish pictures as I kept forgetting to take pictures before starting.
I came for the 2 for 1 sushi experience that was given to subscribers and it was absolutely lovely. All of the service was lovely but I must give a special thanks to Jared whose service was exceptional.

Had a beautiful tomato salad (I think the best I’ve ever had! and (vegan sushi selection. Delicious food and lovely relaxed atmosphere outside under the umbrellas. Will be back!
The food was nice and reasonably priced, considering the restaurant is in the middle of London.
