I recently ordered a sausage, mozzarella, and tomato omelette, but received a mozzarella and tomato omelette instead. Today, I ordered a speck bagel but received a different kind of bagel. It seems that the staff processing orders are not paying attention to detail. The restaurant was not busy when I was there, but the service was slow and the area was not very clean. I usually visit at 6:30 a.m. before work on weekends, but I won't be returning after this experience.
So. My husband and I used to go to this bagel place in Udall Rd, we were always having some kind of problem with our order, then we decided to go to stuff a bagel and wow! The bagels are amazing, crunchy outside and soft inside, and the egg sandwiches are the best. Not to mention they’re costumer service is warm and kind. So we are definitely not going back to the other place.

Place has gone downhill and prices are really getting ridiculous. I bought a bagel and it almost broke my tooth the bagel was so freaking hard. You definitely lost another customer. GOOD LUCK ? ? ? Réservez une table maintenant
Great spot for bagels and really good cream cheese. Not the spot if you’re looking for a specialty coffee but they’ve got all the staples. We grabbed a bit of lox too and that was excellent.
I purchased a bagel with butter for $2.75 and received change back of $1.73. This was a great deal, thank you for that.
Amazing bagels! the toasted bagels with butter are amazing. The way the butter melts makes the bagel taste better.
