Honestly, I can't eat it without making a delicious happy dance. they're so good. this is my favorite vegan spot in maryland! it is really plant-based goodness! my favorite dishes are the mumbai bowl, spaghetti and veg balls, not guilt burger, flower flower bites, and I can never wash without an apple puff (or two) and an organic lavender icy everything down! what I love most is that they did not use the highly processed meat substitutes and they have a great choice). all I have brought to st. veg have enjoyed the experience and eating from beginning to end. give them an attempt, the owner, is the most personal, sweet and friendly person, she will know them with names. Tell her, hercules sent you!

Holy goodness! This place has DELICIOUS food. We live in Frederick, were heading back from the Smithsonian, and decided to pop in for some lunch. This location is easy to get to and doesn't require much of a detour from thehighway. I have 2 meat eaters and 2 vegans in the family and everyone LOVED their food. The portions are plentiful but not overwhelming. The service is delightful. We wish there was a location closer to home but we plan to return during our next trip to the city.

I had the Shredded Medley Banh Mi Sandwich. The bread was toasted to perfection and the Medley was savory with a hint of sweet. Delicious! I took a couple of my daughters tater tots which were deep fried just like I like them. This restaurant is 26 miles from my house but I would definitely go there on purpose!

Great vegan place! I enjoyed every single bite of Veggie Crispy Rolls and St. Veg Pho. Amazing/fresh food with great service. The menus options are an excellent value. The ambiance is welcoming, modern and clean. Love this place and will definitely go back.
