I live in Diamond Bar, California and the Subway near my house. The address is 155 S Diamond Bar Blvd Unit F, Diamond Bar, CA 91765I work and night so on my way to work about 8:45 pm I pulled into the parking lot and the store was complete dark as if they had been closed for awhile. The store hours posted and online says they open at 8:00 am and close at9:00 pm. The next on Thursday 3/16/23 I went by earlier at 8:30 pm the lights were on and I walked into the store and the team member said, I 'm sorry but we are closed I said the door is open and your sign says you close a 9:00 pm and it 's only 8:s0. She said My manager said that we can close at 8:00 pm as she was making a sandwich. I as if...
I have visited this restaurant twice, and I’m concerned about cleanliness. It seems that the manager and employees rarely wash their hands properly. I thought food safety certification was a requirement in the food industry, but it doesn’t appear to be enforced here. I’ve seen staff walk up, splash some water on their hands without using soap, quickly dry them, and then put on gloves. This lack of proper hygiene is alarming. It feels like a trend among many restaurants that managers really need to address to ensure all employees follow basic sanitation protocols.
Terrible service, it seemed like I was begging for a sandwich, the employee didn't want to put mayonnaise, mustard, oil or vinegar on the sandwiches, he just said he didn't have any yet when I was looking at the jars in front, the employee seemed to be upset about having to take care of us, we will definitely not go to that store again, it's a shame because the others always treat us very well
Seth Gonzales was so helpful in crafting my amazing sandwich. I even let him take a bite. I didn't actually let him but he helped himself. I'm a freak like that so it's cool though. He was so cute I loved how his strong hands gripped my sandwich. He told me he loved foot longs and that made my day. Seth add my snap @yobabymama3449.

Ordered to go today at 1:30 pm only to find out order was not complete I need to drive back to pick up the others. I got home and was even more disappointed to find the sauces I hate so much in my sandwich. I can't go back again to complain in this day of rains
The team of sandwich artists at this location was incredibly professional! It's refreshing to witness such teamwork and excellent service. We're willing to drive the extra distance just to enjoy our Subway sandwiches here!
I felt my experience was cut short and it was difficult to communicate with the staff because the music was so loud. I would give 5 stars for the atmosphere, but only if I was at a bar!
Food was good but workers are inexperienced and stingy. Cucumbers sitting there with frost on it. Other than that tastes like any other subway. Not too

Bad service ordered online did not start making order until 30 mins after the estimated pick up time had to wait about an hour overall
Sandwiches taste like eating nothing but bread and don't take coupon codes never again
