I ordered online from Subway this past Sunday around 3:20 PM for a 3:35 PM pickup. My order was confirmed, but when I arrived to collect my food, the location was completely closed, dark, and locked. It’s frustrating that this Subway accepted my order when they were clearly not open. After going back to work, I’ve spent the last couple of days trying to reach a manager or someone in charge, but no one answers the phone. I cannot recommend this Subway, and I’ve disputed the charge with my bank.
We visited the drive-thru during the lunch rush today, and despite the busy environment, Alan at the window provided outstanding service! His positive attitude and strong work ethic truly set him apart. Great job, Alan! The sandwiches were delicious, generously filled, and well-prepared. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
This is the first Subway I’ve encountered with a drive-thru touchscreen. You can pull up, place your order yourself, and then drive to the window to pay and pick up your food. It’s incredibly convenient for a quick lunch break.
They always make my sandwiches exactly how I like them! As an introvert, I appreciate being able to order using the screen instead of having to talk to anyone. Great food! My favorite is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Réservez une table maintenant
