I had one of the worst experiences at Subway. First, I placed an online order 45 minutes before my pick-up time, but it wasn’t even started when I arrived, despite the app indicating it was ready. Second, the sandwich maker mixed up my order, giving me my desired footlong as a 6-inch and the 6-inch as the footlong. Third, the incorrect footlong wasn’t even assembled properly; if I hadn't been paying attention, I would have ended up with just a turkey bacon sandwich instead of the All American Club I had ordered. I had been avoiding Subway for a while, thinking they had declined in quality. But my family and I were ready for a change from the usual spots. To my surprise, I walked into an incredibly clean and brightly lit restaurant. We were greeted right away. We had the pleasure of having Mondo make our sandwiches—he was polite, friendly, courteous, and very patient with our requests. I can honestly say our sandwiches were made with love! I had a fantastic experience at this Subway! The woman who made my Tuna Veggie Sandwich was not only friendly but also efficient. This location offers ample parking and a cozy lounge area for customers to unwind. However, I believe they could use one more staff member, as it was quite busy when I visited. I highly recommend the Tuna Veggie Sandwich—it's absolutely delicious!
I had a very disappointing experience at Subway due to one employee. He seemed inexperienced with making sandwiches and was consistently rude. He also frequently pressured customers for large tips and became upset when they didn’t comply. Overall, his behavior was very off-putting.
