Subway - Réservation de table

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stopped by this evening about 9:35pm for a couple sandwiches. Google says they are open until 10, the open sign was on, doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle to leave, just then I see a lady come out of the back room for a moment or two, I got back out and of course she was in the back room again. I tried knocking on the windows TJ get her attention, and while doing that I saw her walk by the opening to the back room but no response. I understand sometimes places are short staffed and things happen. However I know she heard the knocking, she could have said they closed early if that’s the case, if at least turn off the open sign. Very poor service...

Third time visiting this location. I always get the same sandwich and it's always very good. I was impressed by the service. The gentleman behind the counter was very busy with several customers. He still called out a greeting of welcome. After a 4/5 minutes of waiting my turn he told me it wouldn't be much longer and when it was my turn he apologized for the wait. He was busy so no problem. He did a good job of keeping the line moving. He was friendly and helpful. Answered questions I had. I will definitely return.

I checked the menu online and saw a "buy one, get one half off" deal. However, when I went to the restaurant to take advantage of it, I had to pay full price. Even after I mentioned the offer, they told me it was only applicable online or in the app, which wasn't stated anywhere. Additionally, they were stingy with the toppings. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning—it's just not worth the price.

I had a great experience at this sub shop, even though there was a line of about ten people and only one person working. Fortunately, the employee remained calm and did an outstanding job. Everyone in line was able to laugh and enjoy the wait. The gentleman in front of me even left a tip! I won’t be heading to Subway tonight. You’re fortunate to have such an excellent employee! I took a small transparent glass for water, but due to an accident, I accidentally poured soda into it. Suddenly, Brayan snatched the glass from my hand, threw it in the trash, and ordered me to leave the restaurant while threatening to call the police, accusing me of being a thief. I am now seeking legal counsel to demand an apology and the dismissal of this individual.

This subway was a step above what I am used to. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and cheerful. My order was made the way I like, service was fast.. overall a great experience. This one is a bit out of my way; however, I feel it will get more visit from me in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Says open til 10pm. We went at 945pm and the open sign was still illuminated but they hide behind the counter and locked the door. This isn’t the first time. We came after 930pm one other time and they still have the open sign illuminated but lock the door and hide in back

This was possibly the worst Subway experience I've had. The staff were constantly arguing while preparing the orders. I requested light mayo on one sandwich, but they ended up drying it out, and on another sandwich, they forgot to add cheese. Réservez une table maintenant
