Subway - Réserver une table

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stopped by this evening about 9:35pm for a couple sandwiches. Google says they are open until 10, the open sign was on, doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle to leave, just then I see a lady come out of the back room for a moment or two, I got back out and of course she was in the back room again. I tried knocking on the windows TJ get her attention, and while doing that I saw her walk by the opening to the back room but no response. I understand sometimes places are short staffed and things happen. However I know she heard the knocking, she could have said they closed early if that’s the case, if at least turn off the open sign. Very poor service...

I go here often but only because I work at a store in the same parking lot. I am consistently disappointed in the service. Katie, a staff member always seems like I?m inconveniencing her when I order. She talks with her head down and quietly so I have to ask her to repeat herself multiple times which then she seems to get frustrated with me for asking her what she said. I would never go here if I didn?t work next door. I?d happily drive to another location if I had more time on my lunch breaks.

Says open til 10pm. We went at 945pm and the open sign was still illuminated but they hide behind the counter and locked the door. This isn’t the first time. We came after 930pm one other time and they still have the open sign illuminated but lock the door and hide in back

The galle that made my sandwich today could want to work on their customer service skills. God! Usually decent service that has never seen it has to be new. The pack was good. 1 December 10:45
