Female staff was not accommodating to customers who are hard of hearing. Usually when you tell people you're deaf, they help by speaking loud enough. Not only that, she didn't give enough of toppings. Maybe that's what her manager told them to do. We've frequented other Subways and we definitely were treated better and given enough toppings to match the cost of their sandwiches and salads.
Just another establishment that I seem to be affected by Covid in a sense where people can’t even order proper ingredients for the things that you guys are offering. When I go in and ask for Italian herbs and cheese bread and you literally don’t have the things that go on the bread it kind of shows that you guys can order your inventory properly and that is simple restaurant management
Around 10:10 the female woker didn't care about us we asked her if she can make the new item the beast it seems like she has a hard time understanding people or she don't care then she charged us way to much she didn't care my gf are upset we only ask for 6 inch that's 7.29 instead she charges us 8 that's just not okay im surprised they even get people ans they mouth people off
Garbage company stopped for lunch today the store was out of pretty much everything but no discount then the lady throws my sandwich in the trash as I'm getting ready to pay for it horrible customer service never will I return and the manager could care less about the situation sad company sad employees as well if I could give minus stars I would Réservez une table maintenant
June 14 around 1pm, Jasmine P. was making my sandwich when she sneezed over her shoulder!, and then just kept adding the veggies onto my sandwich ?.. I mean, I know she didn’t sneeze directly on top of my sandwich but I found it disgusting that she didn’t go away to sneeze, came back to wash her hands before continuing on my food!
I know this place doesn't deserve 2 stars. It only got a two star because I stood for about 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Then I was told someone would be with me soon and then waited a few more minutes. I just feel like I got the C team tonight. But my food was good and I appreciate you guys for working.
Came in around 3:30pm may 1st, there were only 2 people working a middle aged guy and an aged guy forgot to read their names but they both were so nice and friendly one of the best staff I’ve seen and the sub and protein bowl was so good !
I just want to say that the staffing who was there this weekend was amazing!! Fast and friendly service and we had quite a few sandwiches. I'm thankful for the good service that some places still do have and subway sure does. Réservez une table maintenant
