I worked at Subway, and the experience was awful. The job itself wasn't the problem, but the owner was incredibly disrespectful and unpleasant. During my first week, he left me alone to run the store while he went home. It was raining, and the power went out, causing the system to crash just as I was processing a customer's order. When I called him for help, he yelled at me, blamed me for the system failure, and called me stupid—right in front of the customer. On another occasion, while I was making a sandwich and added two extra slices of meat to make it more generous (since I like my sandwiches full and the standard portions can be ridiculous), the customer was happy and it didn’t cost muc...

If I could give Subway zero stars, I would. My husband asked for olives on his foot-long Turkey sandwich, and the employee named Belter barely added three. When my husband requested extra vinegar—something he loves—Belter said there’s a limit to how much he can add before charging extra. This was surprising since we've never had this issue at any other Subway location, including this one. If you can't customize your sandwich to your liking, what's the point of ordering from the menu? The customer service was terrible. It makes you wonder how much vinegar really costs compared to the value of keeping customers. I definitely recommend going to a different Subway location if possible.

Hello La Mirada residents! I visited this Subway location today for their free sub sandwich giveaway. The staff were doing an excellent job, but things took a turn when the owner got involved and spoke to customers in a rude manner. As I was checking out, he sarcastically told me I should pay for my food next time, which I found very unkind. I have been a loyal customer here for many years, but after this incident, I won’t be coming back. I’ll also be sharing my experience with friends, family, and neighbors.

There’s an elderly lady working at this Subway who doesn’t fulfill requests as expected. When I asked for my sandwich to be roasted, she ignored my request and didn’t seem willing to charge me extra for it either. After I insisted that I wanted it toasted, she finally complied, but the sandwich came out all disassembled. She put it back together after toasting it, but it wasn’t the experience I hoped for.
